From the tragic events of 9/11, the American Association of Aviation Executives (AAAE) formed Digital Trusted Identity Services (DTIS). DTIS is the premier provider of fingerprint-based criminal background check services certified by both TSA and the FBI. DTIS is approved by the FDLE Level 2, meeting all the requirements of the State of Florida. DTIS can provide On-Site services, or applicants can visit our many collection kiosks at UPS stores throughout the state of Florida.
What is BuyBoard?
A National Purchasing Co-Op: The BuyBoard National Purchasing Cooperative is a nationwide purchasing Co-Op that was formed between the National School Boards Association (NSBA) and several state school board associations to streamline the buying process for schools, municipalities and other public entities. BuyBoard was developed to comply with state laws that require governmental entities to make purchases from an approved list of vendors who have gone through a competitive procurement process. Membership Registration with BuyBoard is FREE. BuyBoard gives members the advantage of leveraging the Cooperative’s ability to obtain bulk discounts, combined with the ease of online, web-based shopping through the use of the BuyBoard electronic purchasing application.
Who Can Join BuyBoard?
Check with your Purchasing Manager: Generally, publicly funded schools, colleges and governmental organizations are allowed to become BuyBoard members. This includes local, municipal and county government agencies. Churches, private and charter schools, daycare centers and nonprofit organizations are also eligible. However, certain states restrict membership for some governmental entities. Membership qualification is specific to your home state, so verify that your state’s purchasing law allows for the operation of purchasing Co-Ops.
