For Returning Customers and Employers to Access their Account and View Reports

Employer Setup


Thank you for considering Digital Trusted Identity Services (DTIS) to be your fingerprinting service provider. We have enhanced our website to improve your experience which includes all employers that need to register multiple applicants having their own user interface. Please follow the instructions below and our customer support team will set up your account


Send the following information in an email to cscenter@dtis.com with "Employer Account Set Up" in the subject line.

  • Company Name (full name, no abbreviations)
  • First and Last Name of the person who will be the company administrator - to include the person authorized to make credit card payments
  • Telephone Number
  • Email Address
  • ORI Numbers you need to process applicants for
  • If you are tax exempt please include the certificate
  • Do you have a DTIS access code that you use for payment?
  • Approximately how many applicants do you fingerprint each month?


After providing the above information our customer support team will activate your account within our system. The company administrator user will receive an email inviting them to set up their secure account on the DTIS website. Once the account is set up you can begin registering applicants and scheduling fingerprint appointments.
