When you arrive, the operator will verify your identity and confirm your information matches your application. Your fingerprints and photo (if required by your agency) will be captured electronically and submitted directly to FDLE. You do not need to do anything further after your appointment.
Upon receipt of your fingerprints, DTIS will email you a confirmation receipt from no-reply@dtis.com that contains your TCN number. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not find the email in your inbox.
Your fingerprints will be transmitted to FDLE immediately after collection. No changes can be made to a fingerprint file once it is transmitted. FDLE typically processes fingerprints within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.
